Shelby American has just unveiled its 2021 iteration of the F-150 Super Snake and with a $113,680 starting price, it makes the Ram 1500 TRX seem like a bit of a bargain.
In creating this new beast, Shelby has equipped the truck with a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 that features a unique supercharger developed in partnership with Whipple and Borla. The truck also includes a performance air intake with a high flow filter, an oversized carbon fiber air intake tube, performance aluminum heat exchanger, billet throttle bodies, and high-flow fuel injectors. It also has a bespoke Borla performance exhaust system with polished SST dual tips.

All up, the truck now churns out 775 hp. Interestingly, Shelby hasn’t upgraded the brakes to create the F-150 Super Snake but has made a series of modifications to the suspension. These include adjustable coilovers at the front and adjustable shocks at the rear, as well as new upper control arms, rear traction bars, and a rear sway bar.
There is no mistaking the F-150 Super Snake from a standard model in terms of its design. Shelby has equipped the truck with a dual intake hood, 22-inch chrome wheels, a blacked-out grille, redesigned front bumper and splitter, fitted flared fenders, a different rear bumper, tonneau cover, and painted door handles and mirror caps. Also found in the cabin is two-tone leather, a host of carbon fiber accents, new floor mats, embroidered headrests, tinted windows, and billet racing pedals.
